Girls Camp

Fitwize will be offering TWO incredible camps for Girls Only. Our first camp will run Week 1, June 10-14 and is for girls in rising grades 1-4. Our second girls camp will run Week 3, June 24-28 and is for our older campers in rising grades 5-8.

girlsGirls Only: Become Your Own Superhero (Grades 1-4)
Week 1, June 10-14

We are going to focus on a different characteristic each day that matches with a superhero/the superhero’s story. Girls will work on their journey of discovering who they are and what makes them their own superhero. Fun crafts and activities are planned to help with this discovery process! Field trips included are: Clemyjontri Park and Pump it Up!

Girls Only: Shine Your Light  (Grades 5-8)
Week 3, June 24-28

ropesWe will focus on leadership, confidence, self-esteem/self-love, forgiveness and accepting/learning from failure (more info).

We are so excited for the two speakers that we have coming for the week. Sophia Casey is a well-known life coach who will be coming to talk to the girls about how to set yourself up for success followed by creating goals together. Throughout the day, the girls will have the opportunity to participate in an individual life coaching session with Sophia and will receive her published journal. The other speaker is Sarah Cary and she will have a conversation with the girls about self-worth and the importance of accepting failure. We will work together to discuss and discover how to shine our own light. Crafts and activities will help the girls find their own strengths and talents and work towards using them to create the best life for them. Field trip included: Ropes Course (working on leadership and teamwork).

Fitwize 4 Kids is excited to welcome two amazing women who will plan, coordinate and facilitate our Girls Camps. We are excited to be working with Megan Woodford and Karen Vickers.
