Programs & Events

We are pleased to be able to offer special and seasonal events that benefit both you and your children. These programs include Field Trips, Kid's Night Out!, Parties, Specialty Classes such as yoga, hip hop, and sport specific conditioning. Class times and availability vary with each studio location.

	Field Trips — Have your school organize a Field Trip to Fitwize 4 Kids. We'll put together a fun and educational day that covers nutrition, fitness and healthy lifestyle living.
	Kid's Night Out! — Mom and Dad can drop off the kids for a 3 hour "fitness, fun and education" party. Fun nutrition activities and lessons.
	Birthday Parties — Bring your kids to Fitwize 4 Kids for the next birthday or other life event. We'll provide fun fitness and nutrition training and games as well as goodie bags to go home with.
	The Fitwize 4 Kids™ Lifestyle Programs — The Fitwize 4 Kids™ Lifestyle Programs include the Fitwize 4 Kids™ Circuit Training Program, the Fitwize 4 Kids™ Healthy Lifestyle Nutrition Seminars and Workshop Series, special events like Fitwize 4 Kids™ Kids Night Out parties, Fitwize Fitness Birthday Parties, group exercise classes (such as Kids Yoga, Kids Pilates, Kids Cardio Kick Boxing, Jazzercise classes etc.), sports & medical clinics, school field trips, assembly speaker series, & other offerings.
