We aim to bring together communities of health conscious families who care about taking a proactive approach towards the fitness level of their kids. The Fitwize 4 Kids™ Lifestyle Programs — The Fitwize 4 Kids Lifestyle Programs include the Fitwize 4 Kids Circuit Training Program equipment, the Fitwize 4 Kids Healthy Lifestyle Nutrition Seminars and Workshop Series 5 simple tips, special events like Fitwize 4 Kids Kid's Night Out parties, Fitwize Fitness Birthday Parties, group exercise classes (such as Kids Zumba, Kids Pilates, Kids Cardio Kick Boxing, Girls Fitness classes etc.), sports & medical clinics, school field trips, assembly speaker series, & other activities.

Come Celebrate the Opening of Fitwize 4 Kids!

The excitement kicks off on June 7th with a full day of activities planned for the entire family. Activities begin at 11 A.M. with a ribbon cutting by the city mayor. Come meet our fitness coaches and try out the fitness equipment, make smoothies with our dietitian and learn about the summer program. Come see what all the talk is about and stay until 5 P.M. Check back next week for a schedule of events.

Mon-Fri: 1:00 p.m – 8:00 p.m

Mon. Wed. Fri ( 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. teen hour)

Tues. Thurs.( girls only hour )

Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ( 4:00 – 5:00 girls only hour)

Sunday – Open as needed for special events, birthday parties, team gathering and celebrations, personal training, boot camp meetings, nutrition counseling and other scheduled events.

Opening June 2008
Owner: Barbara Hart

Fitwize 4 Kids Winston Salem is planning to open in Spring of 2008. The owner, Barbara Hart and her two daughters are evaluating the area for the perfect space to locate the studio. Barbara is currently working with local organizations to partner with her to make the Fitwize program available to any child that wants to improve their health and experience the fitness challenge of a life time.

The idea formed after searching for an outlet like Fitwize 4 Kids for her own children. She was looking for a safe place where her children could exercise, gain fitness and strength while learning about nutrition while having fun.

Barbara has an MBA from Wake Forest University and has practiced as a CPA for over 20 years. She volunteers in the school system and with many children’s groups along with local Dietitians teaching children about the importance of fitness and nutrition. Opening Fitwize will give her a center to deliver the healthy lifestyle message to more children and their parents.

There is a need to help our children get healthy. She and her daughters are proud to bring the nation’s first and largest healthy lifestyle center just for kids to Winston.
