Summer Football Boot Camp

August is just around the corner! Get your child in shape and help them reach maximum potential with our Football Intensive Program. Our schedule includes strength and conditioning, agility drills and our circuit style total body workout.

Kay and Adam Weisberger moved to Flemington 12 years ago to escape the hectic lifestyle of busy careers in Manhattan. After several years, Kay gave up her career in Sales to stay at home with their young daughter.

When their daughter went off to school, Kay re-entered the work force in a family friendly local gym. There she met many parents concerned with the inactivity of their children. These families were looking for a safe place where their children could exercise, gain fitness and strength while learning and having fun.

Listening to the community, Kay and Adam realized the need to help our children get healthy. They are proud to bring the nation’s largest healthy lifestyle center to Flemington.
