About the Owner

Jeff grew up outside of Philadelphia, PA and has always been involved in group sports such as soccer, basketball, football, and baseball from the age of 5 thru his college years. His desire to keep in shape and love of exercise began while attending Philadelphia University in 1990.  He began working out in a few local gyms before graduating and moving to Boca Raton, FL in June of 1995.

After moving to Boca Raton he began working for an internet marketing company as their controller/human resource manager up through May 2006. Being an employee for over a decade, he began to reevaluate his life and his long term goals.

Through his affinity of working out and understanding the importance of nutrition, he became involved with Fitwize 4 Kids. From his personal experience he believes exercise is the foundation to becoming more responsible, disciplined, and learning how to maintain proper nutritional values.

He is extremely outgoing, personable, athletic, and loves working with children.

Jeff is happily married to his wife of 7 years and they have three gorgeous daughters, ages 6, 3 1/2, and 1.  His wife and he both have a passion for fitness and are extremely health conscious. He loves coaching his oldest daughter’s soccer team.

He believes not only his children, but all children need to have a foundation and an understanding of fitness and nutrition. We need to instill these values onto our children at an early age. He looks forward to fulfilling the Fitwize 4 Kids mission of empowering the youth of today and tomorrow, by increasing self-esteem, building a healthy lifestyle and implementing proper nutrition habits.
