Fitwize 4 Tots caters to the health and well-being of the parents knowing that healthy homes produce healthy kids.

The first years of a child’s life are vital for how they function throughout the remainder of their life. The quality of a child’s early experiences plays a significant role in their development of their physical, intellectual, emotional and social skills. At Fitwize 4 Tots we want to help you foster those years with our parent/child classes from 4 months to age 4. Our program is for parents that are seeking ways to stay active and have fun that include their children.

They want fitness classes that are convenient, educational, fun and they want a workout. Modeling healthy physical activity and proper nutrition are reasons why parents seek out fitness and nutrition education opportunities that they can participate in with their children.

It's also a great way to meet other parents and build support groups among each other while you and your kids form lasting relationships.
