Yoga


At Fitwize 4 Kids we know how important it is to take care of your mind as well as your body. Each class is taught in a positive and noncompetitive environment for children to learn and practice yoga with confidence and comfort. With the use of animated poses, stretches, and movements, children gain strength, flexibility, mind/body awareness, and many more benefits including coordination, balance, self-control, and relaxation techniques. Fitwize 4 Kids Yoga classes incorporate creative, playful, and fun ways for children to gain the physical benefits of yoga while learning about respect, kindness, sharing, and self-confidence. Throughout the session, we will practice poses, meditation, breath awareness, deep relaxation, and a TON of other fun yoga games and activities!
