Personal Training

KIDS

At Fitwize 4 Kids we recognize that some kids want or need a more personalized approach to their training. We work with kids one-on-one on absolutely anything and everything: Lose weight, improve fitness, increase strength, improve coordination, learn how to box, work specifically on their chosen sport and more.

Our certified personal trainers are committed to making a difference in your child’s life with the power of positive reinforcement and encouragement. Fitwize 4 Kids certified personal trainers teach your child how to play games, exercise in ways that help their growing bodies get into shape, learn new habits for keeping a healthy lifestyle and staying overall fit. Parents will see noticeable results in their child’s self esteem and social behavior.

Fitwize 4 Kids Successful Personal Training For Children Benefits Includes:

It is common for kids to want a couple of personal training sessions before joining our “After School Program”. We also offer group rates.

TEENS

A Fitwize 4 Kids certified personal trainer can help determine what your teen is capable of and teach them how to exercise safely, effectively, and most importantly, how to have some fun so these habits stick into adulthood. As a result of overall body conditioning and increasing their physical fitness levels on a regular consistent basis, most of the Teens in this program have attested to benefiting from any or all of the following:

  • More strength
  • Protection from injuries
  • Better health
  • Higher self-esteem and confidence
  • Increased overall body-tone
  • Increased concentration
  • Decrease in mood swings
  • Decreased Stress
  • Decreased weight
  • Better and more “restful” sleep patterns

Reasons you may want your teen to work with a personal trainer are:

• Sports specific training.
Athletes often need specialized training and kids who want to pursue sports may want or need help from a professional to strengthen their bodies, increase their power and endurance and protect them from injuries.

• Guidance for exercise.
You may feel at a loss if your child wants to exercise or lift weights and you’re not sure you have the expertise to show them what to do. If that’s the case, the right personal trainer can help you set up a good program that fits your child’s age, goals and fitness level.

• Dislike of organized sports or group fitness.
Some kids may not like typical PE or sports, but still want to get in shape. Working one-on-one with a trainer can be a safe environment for them to get fit and strong without feeling self-conscious.

How to choose a Personal Trainer

When choosing a personal trainer for your child, make sure that he or she has:

  • A personal trainer certification
  • Experience working with kids and/or teens
  • A certification in CPR
  • Plans to track workouts and keep charts of progress
  • Liability insurance
  • A personality that works well with your child

Parents you could rest assured that when it comes to taking care of your child’s health, fitness and quality of life a Fitwize4 Kids certified personal trainer is the way to go. Personal training is just another option for you to have for managing weight problems, sports improvement and teaching your teen how to live a healthy life.
