After School Program Online Registration Information


Below you will find important information, with complete instructions, to walk you through the online registration process. Be sure to use your family’s account with one parent who will be the primary account holder for your family’s records; you will have the option to add an additional parent as you move through the enrollment process.

Logging Into Your Child’s Account After Enrollment is Complete

When you start the registration process, you will enroll as a waitlist participant. Once we’ve verified your school, we will contact you about the opening and to obtain your payment information to complete your registration process.

We are now WAITLISTING for next year’s program with the exception to 4 remaining spots:

Elementary School Van open spots

  • Cedar Lane, Newton Lee and Sanders Corner – 1 spot
  •  Ashburn & Dominion Trail – 3 spots
  • Discovery – openings still available
  • Creighton’s Corner, Hillside, Legacy, Madison’s Trust, Mill Run and Waxpool – waitlisting at this time

Middle School Van open spots

Brambleton, Eagle Ridge, Farmwell Station and Trailside.

Please be sure to read the information below, as well as print out a copy of our step-by-step instructions to ensure you properly enroll your child(ren).

We are taking enrollments on a first-come basis. A one-week tuition deposit is due in order to enroll your child and will be applied to your child’s last week attended (see handbook for more information). We offer a 10% off sibling discount off the lowest sibling tuition when both siblings have been registered at the same time (in the same cart), no exceptions. Please be sure to click the box “store this card for future use” after adding your credit card information in your cart when purchasing the deposit. This will set you up for your weekly installments starting in August.

earlybirdAfter the deposit is paid, your next payment will be due August 14, which is a two-day prorated tuition. Tuition will then be collected each Wednesday the week prior to your child attending.

In order to complete your child’s enrollment:

  • Complete and upload to your child’s account (or drop-off/email a hard copy) the Children’s Code of Conduct/ Parent’s Statement of Understanding form (last page of the Parent Handbook).
  • If this is your child’s first year with Fitwize, upload your child’s immunization records.
  • Lastly, if your child takes medication that Fitwize needs to keep on-hand and/or administer (epi-pen, inhaler, etc.), please complete the medical form and upload it to your child’s account. Both the form and your child’s medication need to be dropped off to us at least 10 days prior to his/her first day; we will be unable to have him/her attend until we receive both items.

Logging Into Your Child’s Account After Enrollment

Once you’ve completed your enrollment, you can log into your child’s/family’s account at any time to make updates to your address, credit card, etc. You can even print off your receipts! Just go here to log on.
