Warren Gendel Founder & CEO Warren Gendel, 39, is the Company's Founder & CEO. Mr. Gendel has long had a passion for fitness and living healthy lifestyles. A lifelong athlete and amateur bodybuilder in high school and college, he has since pursued his passion in the business world. Warren has been in the exercise equipment industry for many years. Warren started his own exercise equipment company after college, eventually growing the business to four exercise equipment stores call Fitnesswize in the San Francisco Bay Area from 1994-2000. Warren grew sales to $6MM annually, and served end consumers in the Bay Area. He also created a commercial division which counted hotel chains, spa facilities and gymnasiums in the western united states. This growth was fed by his passion for customer service; he saw the company as a promoter of healthy lifestyles, not simply a purveyor of equipment. His team visited customers in their homes and helped build an exercise routine tailored to their physical needs and lifestyles. Fitnesswize offered a level of service and commitment that competitors could not match. Healthy living for all has always been his passion, and he desires to bring it to as large an audience as possible. Mr. Gendel has now turned his efforts on developing an ambitious and lasting program to ensure a fit and healthy future for America's youth. His combination of technical understanding of exercise equipment and his expertise in the physiological needs of different ages and fitness levels allow him to create tailored fitness programs for Fitwize4Kids' target market. Warren graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in exercise physiology.
